I have been building websites with WordPress for many years. It’s one of my favourite platforms for so many reasons.

As you probably already know, WordPress is a framework for creating a website in minutes, sometimes seconds. It gets you up and running in no time. From there, the customisation possibilities are endless, really only limited by your coding knowledge or existing plugins.

One of the reasons I love WordPress so much, is that it has taught me everything I know about web development. From the day I started, with a big idea and not a single clue, to now, working as a freelance designer.

I got here by reading and experimenting.
It’s a brilliant way to learn but after all these years I also find myself losing knowledge that I knew before, when past issues crop up that I wish I’d kept better records of.

That is the main reason for starting this site – so I will be constantly updating with new ‘How To’ posts that I think are valuable and useful.

I will also be going back and covering some topics which I believe are fundamental to getting the most out of WordPress. I know that trying to find the exact right answer to a website issue online can be next to impossible so hopefully I will curate a reliable source of information for you, the way others have helped me.

If you’ve got any questions, feel free to get in touch and I will see if I can help!
